Fire & Ice: Dinner & Cocktails – January 31st – 6pm to 9pm
Fire & Ice is an event built off of friendship showcasing live high-end rustic wood fire cooking, live wild game & sashimi carving stations, local seasonal vegetables from our neighborhood farmers, hand crafted cocktails featuring Bedlam Vodka with a live ice carving bar, izakaya style bar menu – all rooted in Japanese tradition.
Dinner & cocktails will be served banquet style with various serving stations for a more interactive experience. We encourage mingling. The restaurant will be closed for this private event – all seating is communal so you can move around the space freely. We hope to see you there!
This New Year’s Eve we’re kicking off a month long homage to Japanese tradition, with special food & beverage features, events, and our first ever themed Triangle Restaurant Week menu.
