Edamame
truffle soy butter, black salt

Hawaiian Poki
Fresh big-eye tuna, chopped macadamias, chives, sesame seeds, onions, seaweed, and Hawaiian poki sauce


2nd Course – choose one

Softshell Crab Salad
greens, confit red onion, gingered cucumber, shiitake, whole grain mustard dandashi

Sushi Sandwich
pressed sushi, fresh big-eye tuna, salmon, avocado, tomato, and lettuce

Grilled Oysters
sesame romesco, herbed panko

teriyaki bacon, shugar snap peas, Sapporo butter

Tuna Tartare with Yuzu Gelée
flavorful layer of tuna marinated in olive oil, soy sauce, chilly garlic, shichimi salt, sugar, Sriracha, chives, a layer of creamy avocado, and a gelée with yuzu sauce

Miso-Braised Baby Back Ribs
black garlic risotto, Asian pear, and natural jus

Triangle Roll
Inside: smoked salmon, avocado, and cream cheese; Outside: seared filet mignon, sprinkled toasted sesame seeds, tempura crunch and balsamic glaze

Traditional Nigiri Platter
7 pieces of chef’s choice nigiri sushi, tamago, and tuna roll with real wasabi root
